Hey, now listen. I've heard you want to get skinny, right? Are you serious about this, or are you just going to sit and dream? Sure, you can start again tomorrow, but if you carry on like that, tomorrow with never come. Think of the falt stomach. Think of the hipbones, collarbones, ribs. Of your stomach being flat, the gap between your thighs. Think of how amazing you feel. Look at all those pictures on your dash, that could be you! But you have to mean it. Staring at those pictures will not make you skinny and neither will always starting tomorrow. You start TODAY. And if you break, and eat something that you shouldn't, it does not mean you can eat everything and start again tomorrow. Today is not over, and over eating will only ever hold you back.
